These terms govern your use of this website and purchases from Kernel and Press Pvt Ltd (GSTIN 36AAMCK7933K1ZW), Plot 105, Teja Gardens, Kulabgoor, Sangareddy, Hyderabad, Telangana - 502294, India.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the Maximum Retail Price (MRP), inclusive of 5% GST and delivery. Payments are made online through Razorpay.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy and is subject to acceptance by us. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or delivery serviceability, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.
Products
Our edible oils are food products regulated under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and its rules (FSSAI). Product images are illustrative. Colour, aroma and taste of cold-pressed oils may vary naturally between batches. Please store as directed on the pack.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Please see our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies. As our products are food consumables, returns, exchanges and refunds are not available, except for damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
