Our seeds are pressed in mechanical expellers without adding any external heat or steam.
In two stages through fresh cotton cloth — 24 plates first, then 18 plates (42 in total) — using mechanical pumping only. The oil then rests in conical-bottom 5,000-litre settling tanks so any residue settles.
High-quality tin keeps light out and helps lock in freshness for a longer shelf life.
Unrefined oil can look slightly cloudy or show a little sediment. This is normal for oil that is filtered through cloth rather than refined.
Keep the tin tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
